PATIENT VIDEOCONFERENCING® brings today’s video technology to the bedside. All the PATIENT needs is the ability to talk and enjoy listening to and seeing their friends and family. Secure, scheduled visits make the distance and travel barriers a thing of the past.

The Primary Technologies representative is notified of a reservation made by the family or PATIENT. We bring the computer, phone, and the internet, to make the connection easy. We set it up, make the connection and leave the PATIENT to visit in the security of their room. We are also there to solve problems.

PATIENT VIDEOCONFERENCING® is available on short notice too. After contacting our representative, usually within 90 minutes, barring conflicts, you can visit by video. The complicated set up and logins are all taken care of. Photos, videos, and documents, which are available online, are shared. It only takes a few minutes from the decision to implementation of the visit.

“My family is spread out over the country and we’d all like to visit.”

Now your PATIENT can share the experience of visiting with several friends and family from different locations at the same time. Up to four (4) locations at once can share in these special moments. Those visitors who wish to be seen simply go to their own e-mail and then use their own $20 webcam. This way allows a video connection which includes the PATIENT and visitors.
